Specialist

You can develop into a specialist who’ll find the best solutions for the customers or a specialist within a certain area. This role will have a proven track record and serve as the expert by sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have the possibility to grow from a High Performer and all the way up to an Outstanding Performer.

Leader

Alternatively, you can also grow into a leader role, who’ll put the colleagues first and help them develop their skills. People in this role will be motivated by seeing colleagues progress and perform even better. We usually develop and recruit our leaders internally. That opens the opportunity to go from Buddy to Team Leader, Sales Manager and perhaps all the way up to Country Manager.
